Improve your score while having fun and helping others!
Squad Goals teaches you both SAT concepts and how to tutor others. We’ll then match you with underclassmen in your community. Practice your skills and get volunteer credit for your first 10 tutoring sessions. After completing these sessions and taking a real SAT, you can sign up to be a paid tutor. The more you tutor, the better you’ll learn!
How are we different?
- More fun: We connect concepts to the real world and incorporate videos and games into classes.
- More effective: Students who complete our classes see an average score increase of over 120 points (compared to 30-50 points for many old-school test prep programs).
- Become a better leader: We help you sharpen the skills necessary to communicate with and tutor others — the more you help others, the more you’re also helping yourself!
Online tools for students and tutors
- Progress dashboards: After a few weeks, each student will be matched with younger tutees to teach back what you’ve learned. Track how you’re doing as well as how your tutees are doing. A Squad Goals mentor will always be there to help.
- Quick quizzes: Know when to spend more time on a particular topic and when to move on to the next one.
- Multi-player games: Connect with others online to play games that help you review concepts and sharpen skills.
